Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Additionally contained in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a key detailing different areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
